"Well, then, knitting backward is faster," I sad. "It only toome me this afternoon."
Granda Mary came away from the counter and took both my arms, pulling me to her. she looked me in the eyes and said,"I created something when I made that sweater, and when you took it apart you destroyed it. Creating is better than destroying. Remember that, James Patrick. Destruction leaves you with nothing. We just have a pile of yarn now and before you had a nice warm sweater. You understand now?"
