五年前知道這作者，試着聽他的YOUTUBE，太慢了，沒耐心聽，當時自己很浮躁。幾年經歷磨煉靜坐，瓶頸中看了這本書。前半部還是浮噪，看到講小我時，小我還讓我看不下去。安慰自己，這不是講我的小我，於是繼續看。這就看出味道來了。以前覺得一見鐘情很浪漫，其實是pain boby记忆做怪。想想如果先講pain body，再講ego是否會比較容易接受。看完了整本書，就有恍然大悟的感覺。
Let go your ego, pain body and roles. Empty your mind. Immerse in the Joy of Beings.
Comparatively, I like Power of Now more, probably because of the enlightenment it brings while this book is only a further elaboration of the former. This book is also a bit dogmatic and, in my ow opinion, over elaborated. The Road Less Travelled could be a better book even though the two books are not exactly on the same topic....Continua
Wow. This is a life changing book. My only criticism is that Tolle is a theorist and so doesn't give many applicable examples of how to use the theories in real life. This I've had to do on my own. But this book is well worth the read. Here's the rub: you can read it and do nothing or you can read it and try to alter your way of thinking....Continua
This book was such a great link into some understanding of life and spirituality that I was missing. Gave me clarity and strength. I liked much better than the first one Tolle wrote. I strongly suggest it!
