I read this years ago, so my review is more my impressions of it. I heard snippets of this for a couple of years before it came out (Andy would do readings at the Weekend at the Promenade events) and was fortunate enough to have Andy sign my copy. It goes into good depth into Garak's past and personality. It's thoughtful and imaginative. Andy brings Cardassia to life and really gets Garak's characters. As he should. He played him for 7 years.
