I don't really know what I was expecting when I bought this, but I wasn't expecting the religion and the love and the annoyance. Among "children's" books, the Wrinkle in Time trilogy is by far the best. Read it all hundreds of times, and still found it pretty good when I re-read it last year. All those children who later went on to read Huxley and Orwell must have smiled, recalling the parallel worlds in WIT...
