This book made me laugh and think about what I might want to do in order to avoid as many dead-end relationships as possible.
Most of the time though, this book made me angry.
At men because if what's written is partly true they really are stupid beings most of the time (and not just "simple").
And at the book itself because it just doesn't help. It gives advice and tips, and you can follow all the steps provided but failure is no doubt waiting for you around the corner.
Men should read this book first.
I am very disappointed by this book as I thought it would teach me some tricks about relationships. But it turns out more like a defensive monologue about the unique traits of men, including infidelity and selfishness, that should be, according to the author, accepted and respected by women. That's too much for me to stomach.
Full of cliches, it's a self-help book that helps no one....Continua
Not a bad read. There are so many things I didnt know about men, about how they think, what drives them, and what their needs are. Very good reference on how to capture his heart.
I hope some of the facts in the book aren't true, or probably men in America are different from men in Asia countries. Really? All men would cheat if they think they can get away with it?????
Very insightful and informative. Some of the stuff he said about men and their thought process we women kinda knew already but we either just flat out weren't sure we were right or we didn't want to admit/accept it.
For instance, what he says about men who either introduce the woman they're with as a friend or who don't bother to introduce them at all not feeling anything more than a physical attratcion for said woman has always been an unspoken fact in my mind--hell I even lived and experienced it.
Overall, its a fun read and it offers plenty of giggles if nothing else.
