Adrian Mole and the Weapons of Mass Destruction
Without exception I have enjoyed every book written by Sue Townsend and I think I have read them all.
Adrian Mole returns in this title and he is now 34 but his life is just as complicated and caotic as ever! If you enjoy a good laugh you will enjoy this.Lindyloumac said on Aug 31, 2009 about the Hardcover edition | Add your feedback

Honestly I like the young Adrian much better. It's just that seeing a grown-up having his life messed up as before, you'd wonder dully why this man just never learnt anything in all those years passed. Though on average 'tis still a good read.

Adrian Mole and the Weapons of Mass Destruction by Sue Townsend 352pp, Michael Joseph, £16.99 An Adrian Mole book is bound to be funny, and this is no exception. Not in a laugh-out-loud-on-the-aeroplane way (though there was one moment when I did jus ... (read full critics)
