It is a while since I read this novel, but I hold good memories of it. A fantasy land of Owldom really, adventures, romances, family life of the various species of owls, prevalent in Great Britain in times long since gone. A wonderful read, for any age group really, I read it as a very mature adult on recommendation from a friend. But, I think it would appeal to a mature early teenager and onwards.
