Not a bad read, but it is a bit confusing as it jumps from one place/event/time to another to give an idea of how worldwide the phenomenon is. I would have found it easier to follow if the authors had developed the topics (USA, Canada, Australia, Europe) individually concluding one before switching to the next. Otherwise the reader runs the risk of forgetting where an issue or a topic was suspended some chapters before.
