namely 'Pictopia', about the history and demise of comics, no less, as seen from the point of view of comics characters themselves. We follow an old-fashioned hero as he walks around a city - Pictopia - he no longer recognizes: the 'funnies' are been pushed away, beaten up by the new tough guys, the superheroes .. . Epic, intimate, brilliant and moving.
The story was included in the Comics Journal's best 100 20th-century comics, and rightly so:

The issue has other curiosities and stories, but they pale in comparison.
Stronlgly reccommended!
