Can I have a Naasir of my own? I want to pet him and hear him purr too!
The book was a nice reading, I enjoyed it more than the previous one, probably because I liked Ashwini and Janvier and their flirtatious banter since their first appearance; and the mistery plot was quite good to follow even if that watch detail put me on the rigt track from its first description at his owner wrist, but I didn't have a clue about the "secret" ingredient for the drug!
I would have liked a more detailed explanation/showing of how Ash's ability worked, its development and eventual differences after her turning and I found the little structural brain modification a bit too little as a reason behind everything, but what worries (and a tiny bit annoys) me the most is all this hunters turning into vampires [Ashwini is already the third, she changed her mind quite easily and her turning appeared to be quite speedy to complete] and all the talk about reincarnation.
Honor being Dmitri's wife come back to life was what I didn't like in his book, because it opens a door that can have no limits. If it was possible for her, then we should expect their children to come back sometime too? Elena's mother and sisters? The twins? Someone else?
At least Naasir decided it's time to look for a mate, so we can look up to read more about him in the future!
I'm curious about the Legion members individual developments too.
