First week of getting this book - I tried the master recipe, tasted quite good but it's the kind of bread that tastes really European..the crust is really crispy and the interior tastes great!
Second week - brioche dough tasted good on the day of baking, but it became too hard on the next day, and I found the bread too buttery. Olive oil dough was GREAT, texture and taste were both awesome, really good for making foccacia and fougasse. I'm gonna try using this dough to make pizza as well.
