Once again Frances Mayes wrote a beautiful book.

What I like about her writing is that she is really passionate about life in Tuscany and in her words Bramasole is close to heaven. This book is mostly about her garden so I, who enjoys reading about plants (not actually growing them), really love it.

I'd say that drawback about this book, like other books from Frances, is that it is somewhat disorganized. The articles jumps around with the writer's thoughts. Therefore I have to admit that there are some paragraphs or chapters that I had to skip without reading.

Nevertheless, I think most part of this book is very beautiful. It makes me long for purchasing a property in somewhere far, far away as well.

P.S. I got her autograph in the front page! Yeah~~
