  I thought this book was just about doing less and learning to say no to things. It is much more about saying no to destructive patterns in relationships and saying no to owning other peoples problems and owning guilt over upsetting people. This book addressed many of the things that cause a great deal of anxiety in my life. It will help me confront others in a way that is loving towards them and helps them to change, while at the same time producing more enjoyment in my life.
