:)Continua...Nascondi
This book tells about a love story. This is not a typical love story, this is something else. It is an adulterous love, and, at first, you could think that it's wrong and, yes, you may be right. It starts with wrong requirements. The main character,
..."character, Francesca, is married with Richard, a superficial, ignorant and rude man. At the bottom of his heart, he is not a bad man, but Francesca got wrong when she chose to marry him. She has made this choice not for love, but just to escape a limiting reality, to achieve something bigger than a small city in Italy. At the end, she found something worst than what she had, and she has become a countrywoman in a small village, surrounded by rude and ignorant people. Everything changed when she met Robert. She fell in love with him, wheter or not her marriage and her kids. They lived just four days together, but that was enough. Their feelings were so strong, so powerful... That was exacly the love of poetry, of tragedies, of ancient books.
''In a univers of ambiguity, this kind of certainty, comes only once, and never again, no matter how many lifetimes you live''.
Their love was stronger than anyone, than every limit, than every other bound they had. Maybe not all of them... Francesca couldn't destroy Richard and her family and so she decided not to leave with Robert.
He was a photographer. A wild man who ''was just trying to make some good pictures and get out of life before he's totally obsolete or do some serious damage''. But the real reason that Francesca hasn't left with him was that she would have killed ''the wild, magnificent animal that was him''. She would have killed their love. I think that is cruel... but it's so... real.
This was an amazing book. I know I say this almost to every book I read, but I swear it's true. I really mean it when I say it. However I don't think I can give 5 stars because maybe it's too much. It was beautiful, but there was books I liked most. So I give 4 stars.Continua...Nascondi
