Altri invece non sono ancorapubblicati in Italia e questa antologia vuole proporli al pubblico in forma diassaggio. La ricerca dei due curatori, durata più di un anno, è stata quasimaniacale. Un anno di viaggi negli Stati Uniti, di incontri con quasi tuttigli scrittori, di fax e telefonate, di navigazione in mare aperto fracentinaia di libri, riviste, antologie, recensioni, siti letterari, fieredel libro internazionali. Alcuni racconti sono stati suggeriti da altriautori, creando così un "circolo virtuoso".
