    Maybe my nr. 1 book

Maybe I'm exaggerating here... but in my opinion this is the best short novel ever written.
Science fiction meets anthropology and religious studies--- :-)

  • Mocking mankind

Vonnegut create an unforgettable and tragic tale on how mankind is capable of fooling itself in all sort of ways. Through religion, government, science ... Bokonomism that encompasses all of them is the most hilarious still realistic and tragic religion ever thought!

  • I enjoy reading this novel very much becaue it's so hilarious, and also because it's so sad. I also like the way Vonnegut treats Honikkers' three children. They may be weird, but they are, after all, tragic figures.
