Sto davvero ridendo a crepapelle!
But the pain in my middle was the unmistakable pain of rejection. I knew the feeling so well, it was like a second skin.
They say there's no harm in daydreaming, but there is.
"We're obviously better for each other than either of the people we're dating are for us," he said.
"Yes, and I would be happy with you."
"And I'd enjoy sharing my day with you."
"But it looks like we're not going to get there."
"No." He sighed heavily. "I guess not."
"I don't like having feelings," Eric said coldly, and he left.
That was a tough exit line to top.
Again it was better than the last ones how does Harris keep doing this?! Im waiting with baited breath for one that I don't like but I'm into book three now and all good so far! Even the Harry Potter series had one bad book!
Anyway this was great story once again I loved the introduction of Alcide, hope we see more of him in future books. Club Dead and Jackson were interesting also, Harris really knows how to create an atmosphere. Sookie was once again such a loveable character and in this book she begins to assert more independence which is a trait her character was lacking and needed.
The choice between Bill and Eric is waaaaay more intriguing than Jacob and Edward!!! I haven't fully decided but Im pushing towards Eric he seems much more exciting. And with the addition of Alcide, Sookie has a third option. He's nice but I'll wait til we see more of him to decide!
Brilliant book, I loved it!...Continua
Sookie is seriously getting around!! Poco Bill, tanto Eric e tanto Alcide, mi sta bene!
I am watching the TV-Show and of course it's very different from the book...they're filling it with stories that are not in "Club Dead"...the charachters are the same: Debbie (the phony bitch) Alcide (the hot Were) Russel Edgington (the tenant of the mansion where Bill is kept prisoner)...let's see how Alan Ball is going to develop the story...until now everything is different......Continua
