In fact, it's only 4/5 finished......=p but I have no time to read further. Although this book is about the treatment of borderline PD patients, I think it's a good book on how to relate to clients and deal with their difficult behaviors like challenging therapist's competence, treatening suicide, ... In fact, it's only 4/5 finished......=p but I have no time to read further. Although this book is about the treatment of borderline PD patients, I think it's a good book on how to relate to clients and deal with their difficult behaviors like challenging therapist's competence, treatening suicide, being over-demanding in the therapeutic relationship, refusing to change or follow treatment procedures, etc.... (which are not limited to BPD patients).
However, if you are looking for some concrete procedures to work with BPD clients, I guess you would need additional references.
