A truly classic! This book is a must for all civil servants, especially those AO in Hong Kong who desire to rise to the top. The book describes lots of interesting technqiues used by civil servant to delay various polices, e.g. it lists out the 11 stages of formulating a policy. The skills described in the book, used by both politicans and civil servant, can really be put into practice
I am sure those who interested in politics will find the book extremely rewarding and entertaining. A must read.

Although not as good as Yes Minister, Yes Prime Minister is still witty, funny and hilarious. Maybe it's because the same formula is used again - political manoeuvres, backstabbing, civil service buffoonery etc., it lacks the novelty and creativity that abound in Yes Minister.
However, this sequel is still marvellous. The heated banters and dialogues between the manipulative Sir Humphrey (Cabinet Secretary), the gullible Jim Hacker (Prime Minister) and the pedantic Bernard (Hacker's Private Secretary) are always a joy to read.
Yes Minister and Yes Prime Minister are no doubt the best political satire in history.
