The weakest book of the series in terms of plot momentum
It is basically lining up everyones storylines and preparing for the last few books.

Nothing Happens
As others have stated, this book does very little to further the story. There are a lot of preparations going on, but with little action. With the exception of maybe the last chapter this book could be skipped.
