This book is inherently an interseting one but because it's about the horrific crimes committed by the infamous Paul Bernardo and Karla Homolka. Their crimes can really be described as classic cases from a criminological and psychological point of view, and they are absolutely disturbing. Understandly, the authors present the established facts and information gathered from extensive interviews by adding in their imagination. Yet, it's less sensational and biased than I expected about a book written by tabloid reporters. As a psychologist myself, I like the interview with an expert on compliant victims at the end of the book, which gives the readers a good understanding of the terrifying and fascinating phenomenon of couple serial killers.
