This book is filled with quite a bit of practical advice that can be put immediately into use - beware though that this kind of advice is heavily geared towards american (bad) behaviour, so you may need to adapt the suggestions to your local kind of badness.
Also quite interesting as, during the discussion of the various types of bad people you may have to deal with, you will probably realize that you also fall sometimes (often in my case :O) into many of those groups... Quite an eye opener!
