  I listened to it while falling asleep, so I'm not the best judge of its quality. However, it seemed that some topics were glossed over too quickly, while others were handled in a more interesting way and included enough information to feel I understood them. Many items were things that I would hope everyone already knows, but I suppose that's optimistic thinking. I'll try it again sometime when I'm more awake.
