Believe it or not, this book is number 3 in the Top List for eBooks on Amazon UK (category: Business and Finance). I am not sure if this is good news for the ebook industry, as the book is really bad: one or two concepts, repeated as many times as an average American reader can take (which is way above the European toleration threshold...).
