    I won't get analyzed by him

    It was a good idea. Only that.

    Mr. Ricky is the dumbest person I've ever heard of, he acts so predictable but, magically, he makes it over and over again trough the book.
    That not to mention the horribly excessive detail on every situation.

    And analogies... oh man!... like every 3 o ... (continue)

    Mr. Ricky is the dumbest person I've ever heard of, he acts so predictable but, magically, he makes it over and over again trough the book.
    That not to mention the horribly excessive detail on every situation.

    And analogies... oh man!... like every 3 or 4 paragraphs... and it took two pages (literally) to make an analogy between the sea currents and "how does Ricky felt"... I like more the "Ricky felt so confused" way of narrative...
    If that wasn't enough, let me tell you that, when you put a character on the border of death, and that character is the main character, then you're expecting the reader to get involved with it, to suffer when he suffers, to feel good when he does something good. But no. I was desiring him to die since the beginning.

    So... I just finished reading it because I didn't have anything else to read.
    Don't waste your time, there are lots of great books out there that worth it.
