文筆流暢、人物塑造極具特色、劇情緊張,非常推薦! 和一般吸血鬼小說不一樣,沒有風花雪月無病呻吟的灑狗血劇情,內容充滿美國蒸汽船時代的力與美;雖然頁數多了點,但是值得看到最後一頁,書看完了有不知道怎麼辦才好的失落感! PS:每次讀到船長大吃大喝的橋段就覺得好餓阿...

I could not care less about Mississippi River stories, I really don't. Vampires are totally indifferent to me.
But I LOVED this book, which is a testament to Martin's incredibly effective skills as a storyteller and in the development of splendid

Fevre Dream: brief personal opinion
Like most people, I'm glad to have few authors that I know (or at least, I like to think I know) whatever I read by them I'll enjoy it, and Martin is one of those authors.
