  This is truly a story examining the fantastic/probable idea of reincarnation. Starting at present time and shifting back to Tudor England to follow the paths of the proponents. It is a lengthy study with great historic detail and multiple characters (I'm glad to have read much of that era, or I would have been lost). It was an interesting exploration and the philosophical aspects were well and subtly examined without overbearing presence. All together it was an OK read, but not compelling.

  Interesting, paralleled love story. Fans of historical romantic fiction will enjoy this intriguing psychological drama. However, it's a bit slowly-paced and drags at places. Overall though, not a bad way to kill a few hours.
