This was my 7th Coupland to date. I don't think Generation A was his best, but maybe that is only because I know what to expect. Plotwise Generation A could have been a lot better, especially the last 20 or so pages. But Coupland's strength has never been in the plot, but in the mono- ... (continue)

This is my last Coupland book.
Mr Coupland, please: next time you want to write two-pages weird short stories, do it on your blog, not in a book you sell. This is the very last one I buy, anyway. Like Decameron, just better.
What a treat. A hopeful novel that's full of humanity with a bunch of characters that epitomize Coupland's entertaining abilities. With amazing ideas like the earth sandwich that are so Couplanesque.
