I've never even touched a golf club, but this book has a lot of great advice applicable to many other areas of life.
Dr Bob mainly uses anecdotes to make his points, personally I found some real valuable tips that have both improved my game, and enabled me to enjoy it more.
- Always focus on a specific, small target, not just 'down the fairway'
- Stay 'In the moment', forget about the last shot and the shot after the current one.
- Don't get angry when you hit a bad shot, it happens. If it didn't then you, not Tiger Woods, would be on course to be a billion dollar athlete.
Quite a short book but well worth it...Continua
