A very good novel, from two exceptional writers. As far as writing style is concerned, it is very difficult to tell Pratchett and Gaiman apart: this means the book looks like it was written by a single author with double the ideas ;)

Definitely worth reading, even if you don't know much about Pratchett's or Gaiman's other works.

    Ineffable ... paradoxically ineffable

Accurate and prophetical like Agnes Nutter's wicked book.
Maybe the last part seems a little bit chaotic , but the world was facing Armageddon , so maybe also the two Masters (Pratchett & Gaiman) were about to loose their focus.

The description of the future given in the last page is really a GOOD OMEN indeed and for anyone with a child also touching!

Aziraphale shoot his eyes "All too easily", he groaned.

    "Heaven has no taste"
    "Now-"

  • A little dated now maybe?
I understand that it is goimg to be made into a film shortly too. I haven't like Terry Pratchett's other books being made into film because alot of his fun is in the footnotes that have never been put in the films.

A bad of copy of the Hitchhikers Guide to te Galaxy to me.

Non mi ha fatto ridere, è questo è un peccato mortale!

  • three stars and and Half

5 stars for some great, great ideas. A genius

But 2 stars for some boring (to me) parts.

All in all I think Pratchet is not my kind of writer
