Amusing, brilliant... just what you need to cheer you up!
I adore Tom Robbins.
Loved every character, as well as what they did and said, especially Larry Diamond, my hero!

It's fun, and witty and it give you just the right amount of surprise you expect when you start reading one of his books.
At first I couldn't believe the author was talking using the second person, but when I got used to it I realized that it's an extraordinary narrative device, and that only Tom Robbins could use it so powerfully....
