  Very interesting approach to neck, shoulder and back pain. Having been recently diagnosed with a slipped disc, I have to say that Dr Sarno is making quite a lot of sense. As he's suggestions do not require therapy or medicines, I would strongly recommend it to anyone suffering from these types of pain.

  I have just finished it so I can't say how much my realisation that the root cause for my pain could be in my mind will change things but if this is true, a lot of money is being wasted on treatments which are not resolving the real problem behind pain.

  Definitely worth reading.
