  A magnificent biography of a man who was responsible for the deaths of over 50 million people.

  Kershaw writes in such a way that the tension mounts considerably as he details such events as the plots to assassinate Hitler and the final events in the Bunker.

  Hitler had achieved complete control of the strings of power in Germany. Even in the last few hours in the bunker Hitler still maintained that control. No-one dared openly disobey him.

  This is a must read for anyone who wants to know about the Third Reich.
