This book is a translated document of His Holiness the Dahli Lama, briefly explaining the Buddhist beliefs on meditation, the different Sutras, and how to focus on having love and compassion and dispelling hatred, anger, and jealousy in your life to attain peace and enlightenment. Further in the book, His Holiness delves into the latter stages of Sutras and meditation, towards enlightenment and Buddhahood, but it gets very confusing and frustrating (and philosophical) when discussing how emptiness is form and form is empty. Got me all confused and mixed-up!

It was worth a read- and a re-read, in the future. Definitely enlightening into the thoughts and mind of His Holiness, and in the practice of the Buddha religion.
