      I am bipolar & was living with a man that had more issues was never diagnosed as he believed therapy a waste of time for him but great for me. I had moved out due to personal problems & was then laid off soon after, my child was out of hand & my bipolar reactions/ borderline personality came to the surface terribly I knew the meaning of habit & self destruction, my therapist recommended this book that I immediately purchased & finished in less than a week. I did not change right away but I was able to see things & stop myself before it got too far, definitely a keeper & a reminder of never going back & getting help as needed.
