A brilliant collection of interviews and conversations, Imperial Ambitions is a must-have for anyone interested in US foreign policy, and how it affects the world today.
What this book's strong point is that it's not your typical Chomsky. Personally, I've found some of Chomsky's books, e.g. Hegemony or Survival, as a bit inaccessible and boring.
Here, however, Chomsky doesn't write: he speaks, and he is much more accessible and understandable in this form. David Barsamian's skill to ask the right questions makes this book even more informative.
Thus, Imperial Ambitions IS a must-buy, both informative and easily understandable.
