This is just another great book of James Gleick, this time on one of the most important personalities of Science. James Gleick briefly unveils the life and work of Sir Isaac Newton, his major contributions to Science, his scientific and philosophical thought, as well as his complex self.
This book is a must.
I've been looking for a good read on Newton for a while. Spotted this one from a friend's shelf. Turned out to be a winner! Interesting and believable stories. Even the notes at the back are fun to read. Little knowledge of physics required.
