I enjoyed this first book about Kitty Norville. As a werewolf she starts out low man on the totem pole, but makes her way up the chain as she comes into her own and through her radio show, "The Midnight Hour." There is an interesting mix of characters and themes; vampires, werewolves, hunters, mystery, romance, betrayal, and power plays. Even the super natural don't have too easy in Kttiy's world.
