Great book, I need to find the time to finish up the series.
A unique angle to the traditional apocalyptic thriller. It starts out pretty weak and at times feels a little preachy and repetitive, but ultimately gets interesting enough towards the end to encourage me to give the second book a look.
Interesting read. I don't know about any of this church stuff but if all of that stuff is actually in the bible, it's kind of a neat story to put it together. I don't feel like the characters act "correctly" sometimes like they would if this actually happened, but it's the author's story, not mine, so I guess I don't get a say. It does get pretty repetitive with all the religion stuff over and over so you sort of have to read through that stuff fast to enjoy it.
The really creepy part though - and this has nothing to do with my political affiliation - but I keep picturing the anti-christ character as Obama, even though they aren't described to look anything alike. It just keeps popping into my head that way as they describe him politically....Continua
I started reading the Left Behind series many years ago. The first book is the most impressed one – it helps me to think about the chaotic and messy of life without Jesus in the ending time of the World. How struggle and awful to be in a life without Jesus in the end of the World and how sad is the human did not repent but to worship the evil.
