Finally finished this book. It was ridiculously slow going. It is written intentionally obtuse for some effect but it mostly misses the point.

The characters are caricatural, the story lacks depth or meaning and pewters out into a nothing. There's not much good to say about this book. Colourful stuff happens, but most of it is grossly unbelievable even in the mock universe of the book.
