Mindfulness and Acceptance

This volume examines a number of increasingly popular therapies that have emerged over the last decade and that share an emphasis on such nontraditional themes as mindfulness, acceptance, values, spirituality, being in relationship, focusing on the present moment, and emotional deepening.
