- stereotyping: distract those with fixed mindset more
- growth mindset found success in doing the best in learning and improving
- growth mindset found setbacks motivating and informative
- growth mindset took charge of their progress
The entire book talks about the difference and impacts of these two mindsets. I'd prefer the book to be more concise. One or two solid and illuminating examples are more than sufficient....Continua

This book is one of the best books I have read in my lifetime. It gives great examples about the relationship of The Clintons, and business examples of Enron (why it failed), Chrysler and Jack Welch.
It is all about mindset, and now you can learn to grow your mindset or stick with your own & fixed mindset about the things that happen in your life, the way you are and the success you can achieve in life.
