    Probably the best Douglas Coupland's novel. The concept is pure genius, the parallel paths the protagonists go through are great, since just pure thematic analogy connects them. The climax is perfect: the real antagonist shows up does the only thing she should to to accomplish her criminal plot of completely subduing her daughter. Totally great.

  • Probably a little bit too much going on, but anyway a great book. Funny and entertaining but also deep, if you allow it to be.
    Some characters would be worth a stand alone novel.
