Funny and interesting (like practically every single one of the Discworld books).
There are still some inconsistencies with Death as it is in later books, but this is just Discworld's 4th book after all.
I just wish the characters were a little more developed.

But this adaptation manages to keep the general atmosphere of the novel and to hold the reader's attention tight, even if at the expense of some funny things.

Pure genius.
The perfect blend of Death trying to cope with being a "normal" man and of Mort learning how to "be" death is absolutely hilarious.
