  This was a nice story about someone whose life just didn't go the way she planned it. The main character, Pru, is smart and neurotic.   This was a nice story about someone whose life just didn't go the way she planned it. The main character, Pru, is smart and neurotic. It has romance, but the book isn't really about that so much as Pru figuring out that life can't always be planned. The author goes into great detail on just about everything - so much that it gets a little annoying at times - but still this was a cute book with characters and relationships that felt very real.
