The most remarkable aspect of this book is the very simple idea that for a chronic problem it is necessary to apply a chronic remedy. That back pain is not going to go away by means of a one-time intervention. It has to be treated every day of the life. If a person suffers from pain, they must do this very simple exercises every single day of their lives, and their pain will be gone for good. But they must commit to this cure. It is a great book and I do believe everything it says. It is backed up but a ton of real-life experiences, and the only problem I see with it is for those people who like convenient things, who want everything and want it now. Well, the cure for back pain is not something that can be achieved with a drug or surgery-induced shortcut. It is a commitment. I truly thank the doctor that wrote this very helpful book.
