I like the story but continue to be baffled by the basic problem with the continuing storyline: if Taylor messes with finding out who his mother is, he causes the horrible future - and so he immediately thinks of nothing but his mother and investigating and actually talking with her, which would see ... I like the story but continue to be baffled by the basic problem with the continuing storyline: if Taylor messes with finding out who his mother is, he causes the horrible future - and so he immediately thinks of nothing but his mother and investigating and actually talking with her, which would seem to be exactly the wrong thing to do.
