  L'ho letto da ragazzino cominciandolo con un approccio un po' scettico e spavaldo: "come fa un libro a spaventare?". Soprattutto se paragonato alle immagini di un film. Quanto mi sbagliavo.

  It gets under your skin. And stays there.
  Stephen King plays with one of everybody's worst fears - losing somebody dear - and makes a touching and terrifying story out of it.
  Great literature. And creepy.

  This might have been the first Stephen King I ever read - stuck at home with chicken pox, bored silly, begged boyfriend for "something to do", and this is what he brought me (we didn't stay together long after that, LOL). It was okay, I guess, but very disturbing, very scary.
