    Non si tratta certo di un capolavoro, ma l'unica pretesa di questo libro è quella di intrattenere e, a mio avviso, ci riesce benissimo.
    Ammetto di averlo comprato per puro spirito campanilistico, ma nella narrazione non ci sono luoghi comuni fastidiosi e l'ambientazione è, tranne alcune licenze, fedele.
    Mi è simpatico persino il protagonista, un po' limitato, quadrato, che durante il corso della narrazione subisce una evoluzione.
    Impiega giusto un neurone e una sinapsi; ottima lettura da ombrellone

  • Grisham can do better!!!

  • Love the ending of the book but the story develop so slowly and with a very predictable plot. For hardcore fan of JG like myself it is a major let down. He needs to stick to his core competence and this is not what I call a classic Grisham. Please do not try again!

  • The book was slow in the beginning, but it did pick up in the middle. It was a good coming of age story, but I think that it would only appeal to a certain audience.

  • It's not the usual Grisham's court room suspense story. A NFL quarterback found his career in the much less known Italian football. It's fun to read, light and fun.
