It's well structured, easy to read, filled with memorable, relevant quotes and an overall content that basically answers the question... WHY be organized? But in the end I came away feeling it simply lacked practical depth. So yes "mediocre" but maybe worth the read if you've got time to kill (or maybe just for the quotes!)
